Halloween-Inspired Pumpkin Fritters for Babies
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 cup plain flour or Ready Brek
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 large eggs or flaxseed egg if allergic
- 1-2 Tbsp sugar optional, leave out for under 1s
Topping
- pipandnut pumpkin spice almond butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides
Remove from pan and drain on paper towels
Serve warm, optionally with topping
