Hearty Dinner Meal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 medium tomatoes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 3 black garlic cloves⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 bell pepper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 thick slice yellow onion⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 lemon juiced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • top with 1/2 avocado & sprouted legumes. serve with greens.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • crackers:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 3-4 cups celery pulp⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 10 medium baby bella mushrooms⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 yellow onion⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 cup water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 tbsp ground flax⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. Food process all ingredients

  2. You could also use a high speed blender for a smoother texture

  3. Spread onto nonstick dehydrator tray

  4. Score with a knife

  5. Dehydrate at 115 F until you can flip onto the mesh tray

  6. Then dehydrate until crispy
