Ingredients

- crackers:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 3-4 cups celery pulp⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 10 medium baby bella mushrooms⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 yellow onion⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 cup water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 tbsp ground flax⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preparation
Food process all ingredients
You could also use a high speed blender for a smoother texture
Spread onto nonstick dehydrator tray
Score with a knife
Dehydrate at 115 F until you can flip onto the mesh tray
Then dehydrate until crispy
