Homemade Oat Milk


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until well blended

  2. Strain the milk using cheese cloth or nut milk bag

  3. You can store the milk in the fridge for up to 5 days

  4. Shake it well before use

  5. I didn’t soak the oats first, because I found this caused sliminess before
