Homemade Oat Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 tsp himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until well blended
Strain the milk using cheese cloth or nut milk bag
You can store the milk in the fridge for up to 5 days
Shake it well before use
I didn’t soak the oats first, because I found this caused sliminess before
