Homemade Oat Milk with Three Simple Ingredients

- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 3 cups filtered water
- Pinch of sea salt

- 1 medjool date
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
Soak 1 cup steel-cut oats for at least an hour in warm water and drain.
Place the drained oats, 3 cups filtered water, pinch of sea salt, and any optional add-ins in a food processor or high-powered blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes until uniform and the oats are mostly broken up.
Filter through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
Store in a glass jar for up to four days.
