Ingredients

  • 115gr oat flour⁠⠀
  • 135gr gluten free flour⁠⠀
  • 4 tbsp coconut sugar⁠⠀
  • 4 tbsp coconut butter⁠⠀
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁠⠀
  • 3 tbsp nut milk (i use almond)⁠⠀
  • 4tbsp maple syrup⁠⠀
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter⁠⠀
  • 100gr melted chocolate⁠⠀
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠⠀
  • Topping
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter⁠⠀
  • 100gr melted chocolate⁠⠀
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠⠀

How to steps

  1. Mix everything for the biscuits, first the dry ingredients then the wet

  2. Stir until a soft dough forms

  3. Roll out and cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter ( i don’t have, so i used glass)

  4. Bake on a baking sheet in a preheat oven to 160°c for about 12-15 minutes

  5. Let them cool

  6. Meanwhile mix the peanut butter and syrup

  7. Then top the biscuits first with the peanut butter mixture and then with the melted chocolate

  8. If you want you can keep them in the fridge
