Vegan Cheese Made from Yams and Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled yams
- 1/2 cup boiled carrots
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/4 cup refined coconut oil
- 1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Preparation
Blend the ingredients.
Cook on medium heat in a nonstick pan until desired texture is achieved, which takes about 8 minutes.
