Vegan Cheese Made from Yams and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled yams
  • 1/2 cup boiled carrots
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/4 cup refined coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients.

  2. Cook on medium heat in a nonstick pan until desired texture is achieved, which takes about 8 minutes.
