Vegan Pb Cup Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- i whisked together 3 tbs aquafaba
- 1 flax egg
- 1/4 cup applesauce/soy yogurt and 1 tbs peanut butter before adding a scoop of vanilla protein
- 1.5 tbs cacao powder
- 1/3 cup self raising flour and 1 tbs coconut flour. then a splash of plant milk to make it super creamy. the raw chocolate sauce is just cacao powder
- tahini
- a splash of water
