  • Cacao and coconut oatmeal
  • Creamy yoghurt from Coyo UK
  • Squishy caramel Medjoul dates
  • Crunchy peanut butter from Manilife
  • Banana
  • Toasted crushed nuts
  • Cacao nibs
  • Flax
  • Drizzle of maple

Preparation

  1. Cook the cacao and coconut oatmeal with water or milk until soft

  2. Assemble the bowl by adding the toppings: yoghurt, dates, peanut butter, banana, nuts, cacao nibs, flax, and maple syrup
