Vegan Five-Ingredient Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, prunes, raisins, or dates
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Drain and rinse the black beans.
Soak the dried apricots, prunes, raisins, or dates in 1 to 2 tablespoons boiling water and mash into a paste.
Combine all ingredients and blend them together.
Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined small loaf tin (such as a 1-pound loaf tin).
Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 18 to 20 minutes.
