Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup dried apricots/prunes/raisins/dates, soaked in 1 to 2 tbs boiling water and mashed into a paste
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1 tbs ground flax
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients and bake in a parchment lined small loaf tin (mine is a 1lb loaf tin) until toothpick emerges clean, 18-20 minutes
