Bulletproof Coffee Fat Bomb Drops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Make ghee from 1/2 cup butter by melting and simmering to remove milk solids, yielding about 1/3 cup ghee

  2. Combine the ghee with the melted coconut oil, sea salt, and cinnamon powder.

  3. Whisk the mixture and pour it into an ice cube tray.

  4. Freeze until solid, then remove and store in a glass container in the fridge.

  5. To use, blend one cube with 10 oz of hot coffee until well combined and foamy.
