Cheesecake Oreo Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour >1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • >1 tsp baking powder >1/2 cup cane sugar >1 tsp Vanilla extract >1 tsp salt >>3 tbsp milled flax seeds mixed with 1/2 cup warm water. (Let it sit n thicken. I chef mike it for 30 seconds)
  • >1/4 cup vegetable oil >1/2 cup chocolate chips >Oreos
  • **Cheesecake Topping
  • >1 8 oz Tofutti Cream Chz (Room Temp)
  • >1/4 cup cane sugar >1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350deg f

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together

  3. In the flaxseed n water bowl, add the liquid to that and mix it into the dry ingredients

  4. Line your baking tray (9x9) with parchment paper

  5. Use your clean hands and flatten the brownie into the pan

  6. Use an electric mixer to whip the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together

  7. Grab some oreos

  8. Split the cookie so it’s just one chocolate side and cream filling and lay it faced down into the brownie mix

  9. Press firmly into the brownie

  10. Carefully layer the cheesecake on top of the mix

  11. You can shimmy the pan a little bit to make sure the cheesecake goes down into the cracks

  12. Bake for 15 mins

  13. Then rotate and bake for another 10-15 mins

  14. Let it cool completely before cutting into it

  15. I take it out of the pan but in the parchment paper about 5-10 mins after it’s done baking
