Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, frozen
- 75g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tin (400g) Natures Charm Coconut Whipping Cream
- 2 cups (300g) frozen berries
Preparation
Blend all ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a blender until smooth. Stir in the chocolate
Serve immediately as a soft serve/mousse or freeze for 30 minutes to 1hr to harden
Keep in the freezer but thaw for 30 minutes prior to consuming
