Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, frozen
  • 75g dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tin (400g) Natures Charm Coconut Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups (300g) frozen berries

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a blender until smooth. Stir in the chocolate

  2. Serve immediately as a soft serve/mousse or freeze for 30 minutes to 1hr to harden

  3. Keep in the freezer but thaw for 30 minutes prior to consuming
