Chocolate Fudge Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 30g mashed banana
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg white (or egg replacer, chia egg, or flax egg if vegan)
  • 1 chopped date
  • 125g low fat chocolate yoghurt (such as Alpro Chocolate soya dessert)

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in a bowl

  2. Line a small ovenproof dish with greaseproof paper, pour the mixture in and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees

  3. Drizzle with maple syrup (optional)
