Sticky Toffee Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 30g mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg white or egg replacer or chia egg or flax egg
  • 1 chopped date
  • 60g low fat caramel or toffee yoghurt or 1/2 small pot

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in a bowl.

  2. Line a small ovenproof dish with greaseproof paper, pour the mixture in and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

  3. Top with a drizzle of maple syrup (optional).
