White Chocolate & Cranberry Oat Slices
Ingredients
- 5 heaped tbsp oats, blended
- 1 tbsp milk (almond milk recommended)
- Thumb-size chunk of banana
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp chocolate chips
- 1 tsp dried cranberries
Preparation
Blend the oats into a flour-like consistency.
Mash the banana using a fork.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a thick, wet dough.
Flatten the dough onto a piece of baking parchment.
Choose one of the cooking methods
Air fryer: Cook for 5 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Microwave: Cook on high for 90 seconds.
Oven bake: Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Slice the baked mixture and enjoy!
