White Chocolate & Cranberry Oat Slices

Ingredients

  • 5 heaped tbsp oats, blended
  • 1 tbsp milk (almond milk recommended)
  • Thumb-size chunk of banana
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp dried cranberries

Preparation

  1. Blend the oats into a flour-like consistency.

  2. Mash the banana using a fork.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a thick, wet dough.

  4. Flatten the dough onto a piece of baking parchment.

Choose one of the cooking methods

  1. Air fryer: Cook for 5 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

  2. Microwave: Cook on high for 90 seconds.

  3. Oven bake: Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

  1. Slice the baked mixture and enjoy!
