Hemp Seed Muffins for Energy and Health

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed banana or sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup smooth nut butter or seed butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1-2 scoops of hemp protein powder
  • Sweetener of choice optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line your muffin tin.

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture evenly into 6 muffin moulds.

  4. Bake for up to 15 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool before eating.
