Fall Dinner Table

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of brussels sprouts, 4 garlic cloves, 1 lemon, olive oil, 2tsp fresh thyme, sea salt and black pepper.
  • black olive for garnish.

Preparation

  1. In a sauté on add 3 tbsp of olive oil, and turn the heat to medium, add garlic cloves, sauté for about 3 minutes , add in the Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, fresh thyme and sauté for about 15 minutes until the Brussel sprouts are golden and brown. Toss occasionally for the vegetable to cook on both sides

  2. Garnish with olive and serve
