Fresh Tomato Bruschetta with Basil and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 20 tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Handful of basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and basil into tiny pieces.

  2. Add them to a bowl with the remaining ingredients and stir.

  3. Place the bruschetta mixture on top of a slice of bread.
