Tomato and Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 600 g tomatoes
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Toast bread slices until crunchy.

  4. Serve the mixture on the toasted bread.
