Tomato and Olive Bruschetta
Ingredients
- One baguette slices
- About 5 tomatoes, chopped
- About 1/2 cup of green olives, pitted and chopped (or to taste)
- Huge handful of fresh basil, thinly sliced
- Splash of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, green olives, sliced basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Gently mix all the ingredients together.
Take baguette slices and place a scoop of the tomato and olive mixture on top of each slice.
Serve as an appetizer or alongside soups and stews.
