Homemade Ahi Poke

Ingredients

  • 1lb fresh ahi tuna steaks, cubed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly

  2. Cover and let set in the fridge for 2 hours

  3. Serve immediately with rice, greens or crackers
