Homemade Ahi Poke
Ingredients
- 1lb fresh ahi tuna steaks, cubed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients thoroughly
Cover and let set in the fridge for 2 hours
Serve immediately with rice, greens or crackers
