Miso + Chilli Brussels Sprouts and Broccoli Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups brussels sprouts halved
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp tamari sauce
- 3 red salad onions
- 1/2 cup miso chilli sauce (recipe below)
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tbs tamari
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2cm ginger peeled and finely grated
- toasted black and white sesame seeds
- miso chilli sauce
- 1/3 cup hatch miso paste (soy and barley)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup dried ancho chillies (or flakes if that’s all you have)
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend together until smooth, adding water to thin into a paste
