Miso + Chilli Brussels Sprouts and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cups brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 3 red salad onions
  • 1/2 cup miso chilli sauce (recipe below)
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tbs tamari
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2cm ginger peeled and finely grated
  • toasted black and white sesame seeds
  • miso chilli sauce
  • 1/3 cup hatch miso paste (soy and barley)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup dried ancho chillies (or flakes if that’s all you have)
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend together until smooth, adding water to thin into a paste
