Nutty Choc Bark

Ingredients

  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 5 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 90 g mixed nuts
  • for drizzling (optional)
  • 1 tsp almond butter

Preparation

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside

  2. Melt the coconut oil and transfer into a medium mixing bowl

  3. Add the almond butter and cacao powder and mix to incorporate

  4. Stir in the desiccated coconut and mixed nuts then pour the mixture into the lined baking tray and place in the freezer for 10 minutes
