Pasta with Spicy Tomato Sauce and Sage
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 minced chili
- 500ml crushed tomatoes
- 1 big handful roughly chopped sage
- generous pinch of salt
- 500g mafaldine pasta
Preparation
Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pot over medium-low heat.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook for about a minute while stirring constantly.
Add 1 minced chili, 500ml crushed tomatoes, 1 big handful of roughly chopped sage, a generous pinch of salt, and a bit more olive oil.
Let the sauce cook for about 5 minutes.
Add cooked and drained 500g mafaldine pasta and a bit more salt.
