Rice Accompaniment for Curries, Stir-Fried Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of absolute organic rice
  • 1 can of absolute organic coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Wash 1 cup of rice and rinse the water

  2. Soak rice for 20 minutes, then rinse water

  3. Dilute the coconut milk in 100ml of water

  4. Move the rice to a medium pan with 1 1/2 cups of the coconut milk diluted and cook on high temperature until it boils

  5. Stir it, lower heat and cover

  6. Open and stir it a few times during the process until it becomes a nice texture and cooked (around 20min after lower the heat)

  7. Try it to make sure is ready and enjoy with your favourite dish
