Rice Accompaniment for Curries, Stir-Fried Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 cup of absolute organic rice
- 1 can of absolute organic coconut milk
Preparation
Wash 1 cup of rice and rinse the water
Soak rice for 20 minutes, then rinse water
Dilute the coconut milk in 100ml of water
Move the rice to a medium pan with 1 1/2 cups of the coconut milk diluted and cook on high temperature until it boils
Stir it, lower heat and cover
Open and stir it a few times during the process until it becomes a nice texture and cooked (around 20min after lower the heat)
Try it to make sure is ready and enjoy with your favourite dish
