Roasted Salsa Roja
Ingredients
- 5 small/medium tomatoes
- 1/2 white onion
- 3 arbol chili peppers
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Roast your tomatoes, onion and chili peppers on a griddle (or comal as I call it) for 10 minutes or until they look like these ☝?
Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes and serve with chips or your favorite Mexican dish
