Simple 3-Minute Nourishing Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 large thumb ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- handful fresh coriander
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup
- 3 tbsp tamari (or soy) sauce
- 1 tsp chilli oil
- 3-4 Tbsp coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Serve with tofu, a variety of vegetables, and noodles of your choice.
This sauce can also be used as a dip for vegetable autumn rolls.
Substitutions: Use any sweetener instead of agave syrup; Use soy sauce or coconut aminos instead of tamari.
