Simple Brussels Sprouts with Garlic and Thyme
Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- sea salt
- black pepper
- black olives for garnish
Preparation
In a sauté pan, add 3 tbsp of olive oil and heat to medium.
Add garlic cloves and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Add the Brussels sprouts, season with sea salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.
Sauté for about 15 minutes until golden brown, tossing occasionally to cook on both sides.
Garnish with black olives and serve.
