Simple Quick and Easy Cabbage Rasam

Ingredients

  • cabbage
  • 1 tbs pepper corn
  • 1 tbs cumin seeds
  • 1 tbs Toor dal
  • 1 tbs of corrinder seeds
  • few garlic pods
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 tomato roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Tamarind water
  • blended cabbage mixture
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • rice

Preparation

  1. Step 1:- Roughly chopped cabbage, 1 tbs pepper corn, 1 tbs cumin seeds, 1 tbs Toor dal, 1 tbs of corrinder seeds, few garlic pods blend everything into corase paste as shown

  2. I have a beautiful hand to measure the ingredients and ditched the spoon?)

  3. Step 2:- Take a pot add around 500 ml of water, 1 tomato roughly chopped, 1 cup Tamarind water, blended cabbage mixture, salt, turmeric powder and mix well

  4. Step 3:- Boil the rasam for atleast 25 mins untill all the raw smell and the form goes off.. hint your house smell delicious when it's completely boiled

  5. Step 4:- Add on simple tadka and switch of the flame. That's all your healthy tasty immunity boosting rasam is ready
