Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup pea microgreens
  • as much spinach as i could cram in
  • 1/2 tbsp chia
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. Sip & remember to chew even though it’s a liquid, because digestion starts in your mouth
