Ingredients
- 1 tsp of maca powder
- 60-70g oats
- 30g protein powder
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 10g dired fruits (optional)
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 250ml plant milk or water

Heat everything up until you have the consistency that you like. Top with toppings and enjoy
