Ingredients

  • 1/2 mashed avocado
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 diced mango
  • 2 cups sprouted bean

Preparation

  1. Food process 3 cups celery pulp + 2 cups sprouted bean mix into a thick batter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  2. Spread onto a nonstick dehydrator sheet & score with a knife⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  3. Dehydrate at 115 degrees F until they can be flipped onto a mesh sheet & then dry until crispy⠀⠀⠀

  4. Just add in some homegrown sprouts, lettuce & cucumbers for dipping
