Veggi salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 mashed avocado
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 diced mango
- 2 cups sprouted bean
Preparation
Food process 3 cups celery pulp + 2 cups sprouted bean mix into a thick batter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Spread onto a nonstick dehydrator sheet & score with a knife⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dehydrate at 115 degrees F until they can be flipped onto a mesh sheet & then dry until crispy⠀⠀⠀
Just add in some homegrown sprouts, lettuce & cucumbers for dipping
