Chia Seed Pudding with Berries

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Alpro soya yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 160ml coconut water
  • Few drops of vanilla

Fruits for layering

  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until it sets

  3. Layer the set chia pudding with the fruits in a serving glass or bowl
