Chia Seed Pudding with Berries
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Alpro soya yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 160ml coconut water
- Few drops of vanilla
Fruits for layering
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until it sets
Layer the set chia pudding with the fruits in a serving glass or bowl
