Crispy Coconut Almond Rice Bars
Ingredients
- 20g puffed whole grain rice • 40g almond butter (100% almonds) • 40g rice syrup (or other) •2 tsp melted coconut oil • 50g dark chocolate (optional: sugar-free) • optional: salted almonds as topping
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a water bath while mixing all other ingredients
Press the rice mixture into a small squarw form
Cover with the chocolate and spread the almonds on top
Put it in the freezer
After ~60 min cut into pieces! Eat them right away or store them in the freezer
