Crispy Coconut Almond Rice Bars

Ingredients

  • 20g puffed whole grain rice • 40g almond butter (100% almonds) • 40g rice syrup (or other) •2 tsp melted coconut oil • 50g dark chocolate (optional: sugar-free) • optional: salted almonds as topping

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath while mixing all other ingredients

  2. Press the rice mixture into a small squarw form

  3. Cover with the chocolate and spread the almonds on top

  4. Put it in the freezer

  5. After ~60 min cut into pieces! Eat them right away or store them in the freezer
