Elvis Freezer Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 green-tipped banana
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 2 slices bacon fried until crispy and crumbled
- dash of sea salt
Preparation
Add the banana to a medium sized bowl and mash well with a fork
Add the coconut butter, nut butter, salt and bacon to the bowl and stir until smooth
Drop batter into molds or spread in a 9x9 pan and freeze for 30 minutes
Cut fudge into bite size pieces and serve cold
