Elvis Freezer Fudge


  • 1 green-tipped banana
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 2 slices bacon fried until crispy and crumbled
  • dash of sea salt


  1. Add the banana to a medium sized bowl and mash well with a fork

  2. Add the coconut butter, nut butter, salt and bacon to the bowl and stir until smooth

  3. Drop batter into molds or spread in a 9x9 pan and freeze for 30 minutes

  4. Cut fudge into bite size pieces and serve cold

  5. Enjoy!
