Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1) line a muffin pan with cupcake wrappers.
  • 2) mix 2 slabs good quality dairy free choc @honestchocolate with a tablespoon of coconut oil and microwave in 30 second increments and mix until melted
  • 3) spoon about a tablespoon of choc into each muffin pan and let set in freezer for 10-15 minutes
  • 4) mix 1/2 cup @ohmega_nutbutters peanut butter with 2 tablespoons coconut oil @crede_natural_oils and 2 tablespoons golden syrup or agave or maple syrup. microwave for 30 sec increments until melted
  • 5) spoon a tablespoon of pb into each
  • 6) let set in the freezer for half an hour. keep refrigerated
