Sesame Shiso Udon Noodles
Ingredients
- 1/2 package udon noodles
- Fresh shiso leaves
- Sesame seeds
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons shiso flavored ponzu sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Bring a large pot of water to a boil
Add the udon noodles and cook according to package directions
Drain the noodles
Chop the shiso leaves
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl
Toss the drained noodles with the dressing and chopped shiso leaves.
