Omega Boost Smoothie for April Fools Day

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • handful of frozen pineapple
  • 1 small pear
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 juice of fresh lemon
  • 1 tbsp. milled flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • coconut milk (to cover)

Preparation

  1. Cover with coconut milk and blend until smooth

Tips

  1. Leave out the fish from the smoothie
