Omega Boost Smoothie for April Fools Day
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- handful of frozen pineapple
- 1 small pear
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 juice of fresh lemon
- 1 tbsp. milled flaxseed
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- coconut milk (to cover)
Preparation
Cover with coconut milk and blend until smooth
Tips
Leave out the fish from the smoothie
