Protein Pancakes with Blueberries and White Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 70g Plain Flour
  • 30g Protein Powder
  • 3g Baking Powder
  • 3g Baking Soda
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 80ml Almond Milk
  • 50ml Water

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Whisk the wet ingredients together in another bowl.

  3. Combine the wet and dry mixtures to form a batter and stir until smooth.

  4. Add blueberries to the batter if desired.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes until golden on both sides.

  6. Serve with additional blueberries and white chocolate on top.
