Protein Pancakes with Blueberries and White Chocolate
Ingredients
- 70g Plain Flour
- 30g Protein Powder
- 3g Baking Powder
- 3g Baking Soda
- 1 Medium Egg
- 80ml Almond Milk
- 50ml Water
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Whisk the wet ingredients together in another bowl.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures to form a batter and stir until smooth.
Add blueberries to the batter if desired.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes until golden on both sides.
Serve with additional blueberries and white chocolate on top.
