High Protein Low Fat Cream Cheese and Yogurt Slice
Ingredients
- 1 wedge (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese
- 2.5 cups Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 60 grams protein powder
- 8 stevia packets
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons or 46 grams egg whites
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Spray a springform pan with coconut oil spray.
Using an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese and Greek yogurt on medium speed.
Add in protein powder and stevia packets and cream together.
Add in one egg at a time while mixing on low speed, then slowly add in egg whites and continue mixing for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
Increase oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool completely, and refrigerate. This makes 8 slices.
This can be a great breakfast option due to its high protein content.
