Pumpkin Banana Bread Bars
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gluten free flour}
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350f
Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender {or food processor} and blend until creamy
Pour batter into a greased or lined 8x8 baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes!
