Chips and Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 heirloom tomatoes or Roma tomatoes diced up small
- a little less but 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 3 garlic cloves diced up small
- 6-7 basil leafs chopped up fine
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- salt/pepper and mix it all up. I made a lot and kept it in a closed container in the fridge for 2 days ?? serve on tacos
- burritos
- and nachos or just with chips
