Chips and Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 heirloom tomatoes or Roma tomatoes diced up small
  • a little less but 1/4 cup of diced red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves diced up small
  • 6-7 basil leafs chopped up fine
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • salt/pepper and mix it all up. I made a lot and kept it in a closed container in the fridge for 2 days ?? serve on tacos
  • burritos
  • and nachos or just with chips
