Jar Salad with Chickpeas and Vegetables
Ingredients
- chickpeas
- beets
- carrots
- olives
- red onions
- spinach
Preparation
Layer wet ingredients at the bottom of the jar.
Layer dry ingredients on top to keep the salad fresh.
Store the jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
When ready to eat, shake the jar and consume directly or pour into a bowl.
