Jar Salad with Chickpeas and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • chickpeas
  • beets
  • carrots
  • olives
  • red onions
  • spinach

Preparation

  1. Layer wet ingredients at the bottom of the jar.

  2. Layer dry ingredients on top to keep the salad fresh.

  3. Store the jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.

  4. When ready to eat, shake the jar and consume directly or pour into a bowl.
