90-Second Black Forest Mugcake
Ingredients
- 3 heaped tbsp gf plain flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- For the filling - 2 tbsp @nushfoods yoghurt
- For the filling - 1 tbsp cherry or blackcurrant jam
Preparation
Put all of the cake ingredients into a large mug.
Mix with a spoon until smooth & creamy.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Slice in half & sandwich with jam & yoghurt.
Stack the sponges on top of each other & top with more jam & yoghurt.
