90-Second Black Forest Mugcake

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tbsp gf plain flour
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • For the filling - 2 tbsp @nushfoods yoghurt
  • For the filling - 1 tbsp cherry or blackcurrant jam

Preparation

  1. Put all of the cake ingredients into a large mug.

  2. Mix with a spoon until smooth & creamy.

  3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.

  4. Slice in half & sandwich with jam & yoghurt.

  5. Stack the sponges on top of each other & top with more jam & yoghurt.
