Jammie Dodger Overnight Oat Cake

Ingredients

  • 55g oats
  • 40g @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate protein powder
  • 10g chia seeds
  • Handful of cut up strawberries
  • Around 1 cup of water or plant milk
  • jammie dodger biscuits and some vegan white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all the bits and bobs together in a bowl

  2. Place the bowl in the microwave for 2 mins

  3. Pop in the fridge overnight

  4. Flip onto a plate the following day and top with love
