Microwave Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 40g flour (i use gluten free)
  • 25g margarine (i use dairy free)
  • 40g sugar (i use coconut sugar)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp sultanas/ mixed fruit

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl

  2. Put all the other ingredients into a large mug or a small bowl and stir

  3. Then add the egg and mix until smooth and sticky

  4. Microwave for 90 seconds

  5. Make a crisscross shape on top using cinnamon or icing sugar
