Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 egg (sub in flax egg if vegan)
  • 1.5 tbsp @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen protein
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and transfer to mug. Pop into the microwave for 1 minute and enjoy with your favorite toppings
