Amaranth Cookies with Bananas and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 7-8 baby bananas (ripe)
- 2-3 tbsp date/agave syrup
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1.5-2 cups amaranth flour
- 1.5 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup dried mulberries or other fruit
Preparation
Mash the bananas, date/agave syrup, and avocado oil together.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
