Bahraini Kebab
Ingredients
- cup and a half of kebab flour (chickpea flour)
- cup and a quarter of water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup grated zucchini
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- tablespoon dill
- tablespoon parsley
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- frying oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and leave for 30 to 60 minutes
Fry in deep oil or bake in small molds greased at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or done from the center (it is possible to make sure by inserting a toothpick in the middle of it) and enjoy
